Terms and Conditions

The Tennis Talent School offers the following services:

Group training (2–6 children)

Private lessons

Workshops on various topics

Regular quality checks of training sessions by the school management

Training and further education for coaches based on a standardised method and the latest findings

Regular training camps in Switzerland and abroad

Advice for pupils and parents on all tennis-related matters

Camp participants agree that photographs taken during the camps may be used on the website and for promotional purposes (exclusively for the Tennis Talent School). If you do not wish this, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

In doing so, the pupil undertakes the following obligations:

 They shall attend all training sessions of the Tennis Talent School for which they have registered.

 If they are unable to attend a training session, they must notify us no later than the day before, giving a valid reason.

 Each student will receive two T-shirts. We would be delighted if students wore the T-shirts during our training sessions.

 All instructions given by the coach are binding on the student.

 The coach is responsible for ensuring that training sessions run smoothly.

 It is at the coach’s discretion to suspend a pupil from training

 or even expel them from the school if they fail to comply with the rules.

Costs:

Courses can only be booked on a termly basis. For new students, the weeks from the first training session until the end of the term will be charged. Students will be sent a lump-sum invoice in advance for one term (6-month training period). It is also possible to pay in instalments. (No refunds will be given for missed training sessions; in the event of a prolonged absence due to injury or illness, supported by a doctor’s certificate, any further missed sessions will be credited to the following semester after a three-week waiting period).

We are a school. Enrolment in the Tennis Talent School takes effect from the first training session. Pupils are automatically re-enrolled for the next term. Withdrawal must be notified in writing to the school management at least two months before the end of the term. Please note this! It is very important for planning the next term, including court hire, coach commitments and other arrangements.

Terms of payment:

Registration is only finalised upon payment of the course fee.

Cancellation policy:

Courses may be cancelled by the Tennis Talent School under the following conditions:

If the minimum number of 3 students is not reached.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, etc.).

Should any of the above events occur, the amount paid will be refunded.

For private lessons cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the coaching fee will be credited to the next invoice.

Spain camps may be cancelled up to three weeks before departure at the latest; intensive camps up to one week before the start. In the event of later cancellations, the full amount is due.

Place of jurisdiction: Zurich, at the registered office of the Tennis Talent School in 8008 Zurich.

Any student may leave the school at the end of a term. However, they must notify the school management in writing two months in advance.

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The Tennis Talent School accepts no liability.
